At Links Permanent Jewellery Supplies, we stand by the quality of our chains and findings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and uncut items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items—ensuring all spooled chains are untangled—and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation inside.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned supplies, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
